Checkapp is the platform to find, book appointments with doctors, test reports with labs, order medicines from pharmacies as well as organise EHR (Electronic Health Record). Other features in the web, andriod and iOS includes set medicine reminder, health tracker, health risk assessment, etc.
THE PROBLEM
Still doctors are using paper to prescribe the medication, labs provide physical test reports, X-rays. To make this digitise doctors are now using Checkapp pad to convert manual RX to digital. So that a patient can get digital prescription, also test reports, medical bills,etc maintaining all document in EHR.
- Doctor should upload patient's EHR while patient visits in hospital or clinic
- Patient shoul upload an EHR from web or mobile

PROPOSED WIREFRAME
Patient dashboard is the home for all the necessary information upcoming appointments, active orders, recent document uploaded, health risk report and all the vital data like heart rate, haemoglobin, blood pressure, etc.
